Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 October 2026
These Terms are the agreement between you and Alambrix about how you may use our Services. Please read them carefully, because they affect your legal rights.
1. Agreeing to these Terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Alambrix, a company based in Uttar Pradesh, India (“we”, “us” or “our”). They apply to our website at alambrix.ai, our public products and tools, including IPOinfo at ipoinfo.ai, and any related pages, forms, newsletters and applications (together, the “Services”). Our Privacy Policy is part of these Terms.
You accept these Terms when you access or use the Services in any way, click “I agree”, or create an account. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and “you” then means that company. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Client projects are separate. When a business hires Alambrix to design, build, deploy or run AI systems, that work is covered by a signed agreement, such as a master services agreement and a statement of work. That agreement controls the project, including fees, deliverables, ownership of what we build, confidentiality and data handling. If it conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement wins for that work. These Terms do not give anyone rights to services we have not agreed in writing to provide.
2. Who can use the Services
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. By using the Services you confirm that you meet these conditions, that you are not barred from using them by any law that applies to you, and that you will comply with all laws that apply to your use, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.
3. Accounts
Most of the Services can be used without an account. If a product lets you register, you agree to give accurate information, keep it current, keep your login details confidential, and take responsibility for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly at info@alambrix.ai if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for loss caused by someone using your account before you told us.
4. Your right to use the Services
We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to access and use the Services for your own personal or internal business purposes, as these Terms allow. We reserve every right we have not expressly given you.
5. IPOinfo and other information we publish
IPOinfo and similar pages present information about public offerings, companies and markets. Please read this section carefully.
- Information only. Everything on the Services is for general information and education. It is not an offer, invitation, solicitation, recommendation or advice to buy, sell, subscribe to or hold any security, and it is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice.
- We are not an adviser. Unless we say otherwise on the Services, Alambrix is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) or any other authority as an investment adviser, research analyst, stock broker or in any similar capacity. Nothing here creates an adviser and client relationship.
- Sources and accuracy. We collect information from public filings, exchanges, regulators, company disclosures and other third-party sources, and we sometimes process it with automated tools, including AI. Despite reasonable effort, it may be delayed, incomplete, wrong or out of date. Dates, prices, ratings, estimates, subscription numbers, grey market figures and similar data change quickly.
- Check the originals. Always verify information against the official offer documents, such as the draft red herring prospectus or red herring prospectus, and against exchange and regulator websites before relying on it.
- Your decisions are yours. Investing in securities carries risk, including the loss of your whole investment. Past performance does not indicate future results. You alone are responsible for your decisions and should speak to a qualified, registered adviser. We accept no responsibility for any gain or loss that results from using the Services.
- Third-party names and marks. Company names, logos and trademarks shown on the Services belong to their owners. Showing them does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.
6. Rules of use
You agree that you will not, and will not help anyone else to:
- use the Services for anything unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, defamatory, obscene or harmful;
- copy, republish, sell, scrape, crawl or harvest content or data from the Services by automated means, or build a competing database or product from it, without our written permission;
- use the Services to spread false or misleading information about securities, to manipulate any market or price, or to promote any offering;
- bypass, probe, disable or overload any security, access or rate limit feature, or interfere with the Services or the networks behind them;
- upload viruses, malware or harmful code;
- reverse engineer, decompile or try to find the source code, models or underlying structure of the Services, except where the law forbids us from restricting it;
- impersonate anyone, give false identity details or claim a false affiliation with us;
- remove or change any copyright, trademark or other notices; or
- use the Services in a way that infringes anyone’s rights or breaks any law.
We may investigate suspected breaches and cooperate with regulators and law enforcement.
7. AI features and automated content
Some of our products use artificial intelligence or automated tools. You understand that their output may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date or biased, may look similar to output given to others, and should be checked by a person before you rely on it. It is not professional advice, and you should not use it as the only basis for decisions that significantly affect a person, such as decisions about credit, employment, insurance or legal rights.
8. What you send us
If you send us messages, forms, files, comments or other material (“Submissions”), you keep your rights in them. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them to respond to you, operate and improve the Services (including training and improving our AI features, unless you opt out as described in our Privacy Policy), and meet our legal duties. You confirm that you have the right to send them and that they do not break the law or anyone’s rights. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through public forms. Confidential information for a project should be shared only under a signed agreement or non-disclosure agreement.
If you give us ideas, suggestions or feedback about the Services, you let us use them freely, for any purpose, without payment or credit.
9. Products in development and paid offerings
Some products and features shown on our website are marked “coming soon” or are in testing. They may change, be delayed or never launch, and showing them is not a promise to deliver. Currently, IPOinfo is free to use. If we later introduce paid plans or services, we will publish their price and terms before you pay, and they will be governed by these Terms together with any order form or additional terms we present at that time. We may add, change, limit or stop any feature or product, and may move something from free to paid, with reasonable notice where we can.
10. Links and third-party content
The Services contain links to, and information from, websites, tools and sources we do not own or control, including exchanges, regulators and companies. We do not endorse them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices. You use them at your own risk and under their own terms.
11. Our intellectual property
We and our licensors own the Services and everything in them, including the software, models, designs, text, graphics, data compilations, and the names and marks Alambrix and IPOinfo, together with the related intellectual property rights. These Terms give you no ownership in any of it and no right to use our names or marks without our written permission. Facts and public documents we cite remain available to everyone, but our selection, arrangement, analysis and presentation of them are protected.
If you believe something on the Services infringes your rights, write to info@alambrix.ai with a description of the work, where the material appears, your contact details, a statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorised, and a statement that your information is accurate and that you own or are authorised to act for the owner. We may remove material that appears to infringe and end the access of repeat infringers.
12. Suspension and ending
You may stop using the Services at any time, and close any account you hold by writing to info@alambrix.ai. We may suspend or end your access immediately, with or without notice, if you break these Terms, if we suspect fraud, abuse or a security or legal risk, if the law requires it, or if we discontinue the Services. We may also end or change the Services for any other reason on reasonable notice. When access ends, your permission to use the Services ends. Sections that by their nature should continue will survive, including those on ownership, your submissions, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and disputes.
13. Disclaimers
The Services and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we and our licensors disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including those of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, that defects will be fixed, or that any information or output will suit your needs. Nothing we say, orally or in writing, creates a warranty not set out in these Terms. You use the Services at your own risk and are responsible for any damage to your devices or loss of data that results.
Some laws do not allow certain disclaimers. Where that is so, these disclaimers apply only to the extent the law permits.
14. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- We, our affiliates, and our and their directors, officers, employees, contractors and licensors (the “Alambrix Parties”) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business, or investment or trading losses, however caused, even if we were told they were possible.
- The total liability of the Alambrix Parties for all claims relating to the Services or these Terms is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim arose (if anything) and INR 10,000.
- These limits apply to claims in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise.
These limits are a basic part of the deal between us. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
15. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Alambrix Parties against every third-party claim, and all resulting losses, damages, liabilities, penalties and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from: (a) your use or misuse of the Services; (b) your Submissions; (c) your breach of these Terms or any law; or (d) your violation of anyone’s rights. We may take over the defence of any matter at our own cost, and you will cooperate. You may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault on our part or limits our rights without our written consent.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute connected with them or the Services are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Talk to us first. Write to info@alambrix.ai with the details of your concern. Both sides will try in good faith to settle it within 30 days.
Arbitration. If it is not settled in that time, the dispute, including any question about the validity or scope of these Terms, will be finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended, before a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement or, failing that within 15 days, in line with that Act. The seat and venue will be Dhampur, Uttar Pradesh, India, and the language will be English. The award is final and binding, and the proceedings are confidential except as needed to enforce the award or as the law requires.
Courts. Subject to the arbitration clause, the courts with territorial jurisdiction over Dhampur, Uttar Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter that goes to court, including interim relief and enforcement of an award. Either side may seek urgent injunctive relief for misuse of intellectual property or confidential information from any competent court.
To the extent the law allows, you may bring claims against us only in your individual capacity and not as part of a class or representative action.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice by email or on the Services. If you keep using the Services after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
18. General terms
- Entire agreement. These Terms, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms we post for a feature are the whole agreement between us about the Services, apart from a signed client agreement as described in section 1.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or duties under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours, including in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
- Severability. If part of these Terms cannot be enforced, it will be applied as far as the law allows and the rest stays in force.
- Events beyond our control. Neither side is liable for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control.
- Relationship. Nothing here creates a partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship.
- Electronic record. These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and need no signature to be binding. Electronic communications satisfy any requirement that they be in writing.
- Interpretation. Headings are for convenience only, and “including” means “including without limitation”.
